Certain EMSI services require membership registration.

Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.

6

Lifetime Membership Access

Where EMSI offers lifetime membership, the term refers to access for the operational lifetime of the applicable membership programme or community, subject to these Terms of Use and the specific benefits disclosed at the time of purchase.

Lifetime membership does not guarantee that:

  • A particular third-party platform will operate indefinitely.

  • All future EMSI programmes will be provided without additional charges.

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency before payment.

Users are responsible for reviewing the purchase details before completing a transaction.

Payment confirmation does not automatically guarantee admission to programmes that have additional eligibility or registration requirements, provided those requirements were disclosed before purchase.

EMSI will take reasonable steps to ensure that successfully completed purchases are appropriately recorded and that customers receive the access or services purchased.

8

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and withdrawal requests are governed by applicable programme terms and relevant consumer protection legislation.

Any programme-specific refund conditions must be communicated before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers seeking assistance with a purchase, cancellation or refund may contact: office@elitemsi.com

EMSI will assess requests in accordance with the relevant purchase agreement and applicable law.

Any separate Refund and Cancellation Policy published by EMSI forms part of the applicable purchase terms only where it has been properly incorporated and disclosed before purchase.

9

Coaching and Mentorship

Private coaching and mentorship services may be subject to separate agreements covering:

  • Programme duration
  • Session frequency
  • Fees and payment schedules

Submitting a corporate enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Event dates, fees, travel arrangements, participant numbers, delivery requirements and cancellation conditions must be agreed upon separately.

A booking becomes confirmed only when EMSI provides written confirmation in accordance with the applicable engagement agreement.

11

Wheel of Life Assessment

The EMSI Wheel of Life assessment is an educational self-reflection tool.

It is designed to help participants consider their perceived satisfaction or progress across different areas of life.

Assessment results are based on information provided by the participant.

The assessment is not a clinical diagnostic tool and should not be interpreted as a psychological or medical evaluation.

EMSI does not guarantee that assessment results will accurately predict future circumstances or outcomes.

12

Unless otherwise indicated, intellectual property associated with EMSI's original educational materials, programme content, written resources, branding and website content belongs to EMSI, Think Studio Global or the relevant rights holders.

This may include:

  • Programme materials
  • Workbooks
  • Videos
  • Educational frameworks
  • Original written content
  • Graphics and designs
  • Trademarks and brand identifiers
  • Digital learning resources

Purchasing a programme or membership grants the participant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the included materials for their intended educational purpose.

It does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate written permission, except where permitted by law.

Where reasonably possible, EMSI will take steps to restore affected services promptly.

17

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EMSI and the responsible legal entity operating Think Studio Global will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from the use of general educational information or circumstances outside their reasonable control.
